 How to keep your thoughts beautiful ?

Your thoughts are like your shadow. If you learn to consider your shadow as a part of you, life would be more meaningful to you. (By the way I am not preaching here! Life is like a 🍭! Too much of sugar or preaching can kill!)  

Anyway, going back to our story, you will ultimately learn to understand that your shadow is always present within you (even though you see it outside your body! Phew again! Life is a tough cookie to crumble). 

Actually, your thoughts are also similar to your shadow. The shadow that you see outside you is similar to the thoughts within you!

Confusing? Of course, you have to be confused! Life is a very chaotic experience. All we need to do is to be aware of your thoughts and your shadows to understand your life. There I go again!

Let me give you an example: Well, your shadow, for example (again!) will tell you exactly what time of the day it is. Your shadow will remind you that you are in existence, not alone and miserable. 

                      🌎Hey, you are part of the planet here darling! You are not alone. Below are your co-existors: 🌺🍎 🌨 🌙 🌜 🔥 🍄 🌾.🍂🦀🐍🐋 🕷 🦋 🐌 👱‍♂️🥦🍔 🍒🍆🥑🌮🍦 

My dear brothers and sisters.... the list can go on and on and on! Phew, WE ARE NOT ALONE BY ANY MEANS! 

So, why think (thoughts) you are alone? Besides, your SHADOW will never let you stay alone! No one is alone in this God-##? world. 

 The meassage here for today is If you are not alone: WHY NOT MAKE YOUR THOUGHTS BEAUTIFUL? 

WHY? You may ask..... without your conscious attention to the topic in discussion. Actually, your thoughts can be your best friend or your enemy. Let me lecture you again (NOT AGAIN!)

Thoughts originate from the subconscious mind. OMG! 🐒 

Un-materialised desires, plans, wishes etc if let unnoticed EAT into your very being, leaving your stressed, unhappy, AND incomplete & ALONE in your daily life existence. SCARRY? * Don't worry Kala's Cove here is here to help you (👎🏽 self- blog promotion heh?)

And this bring me to my second point (not lecturing again?)

Whatever, happens in life, you have to be aware of your other half. I meant your shadow here! 

Weather the sunlight is present or not your shadow is IN YOU! Got it?

The duty of the LIGHT is to make your shadow appear. So WHO is greater! YOU? Your SHADOW? Or the (sun)LIGHT? 


Again to lecture: Like  your shadow, your thoughts are always with you in times of light and darkness. Your thoughts can be your best friend. Or enemy! (repeated 🦊!) 


A  though can be turned into reality and transformed into the material nature. Thoughts can make or kill. The power of thought can make a man or a demon (translate also woman or a demoness). So how to control thoughts? Or at least, how to make thoughts beautiful? 

A good question to think about.

So talking about the ENEMY♥️and FRIEND👀

The best way to change our (-VE) thoughts into BEAUTIFUL thoughts is to make a conscious decision by reducing our thinking. 
(A good question at this point - Can any SANE MAN or WOMAN (even THINKof STOPPPING to THINK?)

Well, thoughts (thoughts =thinking for me) can be controlled only with one focus in mind at one time. Of course, it is really difficult to reduce the thoughts that flood our mind incessantly, I mean in  every second of our life! 

I am sharing with you some of the techniques that I use to control my thoughts. Most of the time, I do not have any success. However, being an artistic person by nature I often find my mind thinking of so many things other than issue at hand! In actuality, I am a terrible non-stop thinker! Confession  made. But I try terribly.

Despite, all these attempts I find that I can safety tell you that I at least try to control what I think, and not move into the extreme positive or negative side of the issue in my hand or mind. At least, during those blessed times, I get some balance in the walk of my life!🏂 

Some of the ways I tried (badly) to practise in changing my negative thoughts are:

1. Take life one day at a time. One 🥄 (problem) at a time. 

Your deepest thoughts belong to you alone. Thoughts are very private.📌 No one, not even your spouse or parent/sibling/neighbours, or friends/enemies will be able to unveil your deepest thoughts in your mindset. 

Therefore, the only person who can change your mindset is YOU and YOU alone. People can be there to UNDERSTAND your predicament and your problems. Some may even want to HELP you. Even MEDICATION can help. But to change your thoughts are in you alone.

Deep inside you, the only way for you to change is in your hands. For example: dropping a  bad habit like eating too much snacks. People can tell, doctors can advice, friends can support. But the only person who can make the actual change is the small voice in you. Your small voice has the ability to change your thoughts as well.  

2. Remember to smile. A smile radiates a million energy sources. A smile can make person's day. A smile can help you relax. A smile can also make you feel good inside and outside.

           Remember: Smiling is positive. Sulking is negative. 

Note: Sure you can sulk if you want to - choose a sulky corner. Do it without anyone's interference. After the sulk, come out smiling. A smile can dilute a thousand problems. After all, smile is free. Use it in abundance. Regular smiling can ward off -ve thoughts.

QUESTION:What has point Number 2 got to do with MY thoughts?

ANSWER: Don't be silly (🙏) Every smile is has a positive aura. A single smile of yours can chase away enemies for miles around!!! 😊

3. Be forgiving but  not forgetful 😜 (I like this arrangement!)

Try to forgive even if you cannot forget. Remember the famous 'Forgive and forget' phrase?

Well er, as I mentioned earlier, the small voice within us, decides for us ultimately. So, when someone  hurts you and by chance if you need to forgive do so with all your ♥️ and soul. 

However, (there I go again!) being mere a human I find it difficult to forget! I personally believe that every issue we undergo in life are lessons to us, schemed by a power beyond our capabilities/understanding. 

 On the right side: I believe that all of us have a personal guardian angel 😇 around us. 'Forgive, forgive,' the angel says. But I will not forget! Maybe the angel forgot... 

So think of forgiving but not forgetting! 👿 In the process of learning, not forgetting something is positive learning experience. Learning is a process to better ourselves. Lesson learnt is lesson success! Therefore, learn to not forget! Not forgetting is a beautiful way of harnessing quality thoughts. Ha, ha, ha!

4. Don't procrastinate (to harness positive thought?)🙉

Procrastination will lead to negative thinking. Negativity will ultimately trigger anger. And anger is like 🔥. It spreads quickly! 

So how to stop procrastination? It is a very worldly problem. Everyone procrastinates in one point in life. Or many junctures in life.

I admit (shamelessly) that have procrastinated and will still do it in the future. It is a habit formed by the lack of my own willpower. 

So, to destroy procrastination, kill your laziness (Do I have the right to suggest this?😊). 

Anyway to make a long story extremely short, once laziness is killed, your willpower will be strengthened. Once this is done, you can go beyond your own expectations! 👍🏼 Rise and shine my comrades!

QUESTION: How to keep up the spirit of non-procrastination over time? 

ANSWER; Well, er Celebrate! A job/chore/issue settled on time needs to be celebrated. For God's sake Celebrate your non-procrastination! Celebration is Godliness! Be thankful. Be proud that you have completed that job/assignment you have been procrastinating for such a long...

As for me: I like to celebrate by eating a BIG packet of groundnuts. Cracking the peanut pods give me satisfaction and a sense of achievement.

                    I am not procrastinating in eating the nuts so far.

5. Do not blame others. 

One thing I learnt (though later in life) is NEVER play the blame-game! Even if the other party may be the wrong-doer! Take responsibility for your own actions and reactions! 

Use terms like 'Yes, I should have come earlier...'

'Oh dear, I am ashamed ....'

'I will try to correct the issue....'

'I was a monster...👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺'

Note: Don't overdo/overpractice the monster-thing apology sentence. Or you may sound over-guilty!

6. Say the magic word 'Sorry' . It is a beautiful word. This word can make or break hearts, relationships. To many people ego kills this word before it is born. 'Sorry' dies in their heart before coming out of  their mouth. It is indeed a sad behavoiur.😥

Sorry a thousand times!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 hey stop it!

With these 7 tips (or 6?): 

Your heart will learn to forgive, understand people's weaknesses/strength , organise your schedule, learn to live without grudges, anger, resentment. You will smile and learn to be cheerful. Forgiving is a beautiful way to calm your mind and destroy negative thoughts (hopefully😍). 

Build positive thoughts. Live positive, stay positive!
