                                The Noise of Nature can outcry the Noise of the Mind 

Hey! I like this topic: 'Break mental block and depressive thoughts' like my daily hot tea! And the video? Well, I just allow the waterfall sound and the tropical wild birds sounds take me into the wilderness like no one's business!
After all, I am sure you guys too will agree that the noises of nature is much louder than the mental noise we allow into our mind and, sometimes, even into our souls!

This leads to the question in my mind. Does everyone have mental blocks and depressive thoughts? Is there anyone in the world who can proudly claim that he/she is clear of mental blocks and depressive thoughts?

Note: I am not doing a survey here guys. I am a normal human and do have my ups and downs! Actually more downs than ups! But I persevere! 

Question: Do writers have mental block? What about the rest of us? Hey, by the way, what is a mental block? Is it a terrible disease?😳

Bold and positive answer: No, mental block is not exactly a disease in most cases. The good news is mental block can happen to anyone! And mental block is er:Well, mental block happens when you are not able to recall something or perform a mental task/action. Or you have to make too many decisions within a short period of given time. Mental blocks just limits your mindset from completing your tasks and blocks you from achieving success sometimes. And when this happens you gets nervous, stressed, angry and sometimes (or many times), amongst other issues, you go into depressive thoughts.

My mom says mental blocks can reduce my productivity. So whenever, she catches me in that mindset, she gives me ladies fingers to eat! 
(Opps! Don't get me wrong. Ladies fingers are vegetable, long green and slimy when cooked wrongly. Best way to eat a ladies finger is when it is raw and tender, and straight from the plant!) 

I recall my mom planting okra (that's another name for ladies finger!) specifically for her poor kids' brain! She stuff us with raw okra everyday during our exam periods!  We go to exam halls with a slimy mouth. Arggh!🟢

Note: Go goggle up if you beg to differ to my mom's opinion!

Anyway, in short, mental blocks are like a short circuit in a machine. You just need to reset! In our case just, you can make use of the great😂 video:

Question: And so, the million dollar question is "How to reset mental blocks, stress, anger, annoyance and depressive thoughts?" 

Well, many people just don't realise that they have mental blocks and depressive thoughts. So they suffer in silence. Then there are others who think something is seriously wrong and go see the doctors, counsellors, and also get psychiatric help if they really face difficulties. All well so far. 

More Questions: Is there any self help that can be used to get away from these uncomfortable block and thoughts? What if I feel too embarrassed to get professional help? Can watching https://youtu.be/ofbdOg7haNE clear my mental block and depressive thoughts?   🌟🌟🌟

In reality, most mental blocks and depressive thoughts can be reduced effectively by simply talking to someone close like your spouse, mom, children or friends. At other times, a coffee (or tea) break and a biscuit or two will do wonders to re-circuit your mindset! Easy!

Being a writer, when I experience a mental block (and as a result some amount of depressive thoughts as well) I watch some relaxation video/music. And if that doesn't  really help, I take some time off writing and go do other stuff like cycling, jogging, cleaning the house and even gossiping! (Oh! I? Gossip?) 😀

                                Or sometimes I go play with my cat in the green lawn...
